St Mark's celebrates World Book Day 2018

What an amazing day the children had! The children were all put in mixed groups and took turns to move around the classrooms to complete a carousal of activities and listen to a range of stories. The activities included making mummies, icing gingerbread men, making a Cat in the Hat and activity stations based on the book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. The children really enjoyed themselves. Why not take a look at the pictures to see what different characters they children dressed up as.

Extreme Reading : file (4762.4k)

Over the half term holidays, many of the children have taken part in the Extreme Reading Challenge. Can you guess where they were?
